The installation process was flawless

After contacting and interviewing several companies for an audio/visual installation at our National Headquarters, we decided to proceed with Audio Lifestyles. Michael Martin was our point of contact for this project. He was very receptive to our vision of what we wanted to accomplish. He listened to our concerns and then made his recommendation based on our desired outcome. Michael impressed us with his knowledge of audio/visual equipment as he helped us determine the best equipment for our application. He was also extremely patient as we worked through the business approval process. I’m sure the negotiations took substantially longer than a residential installation due to the number of people that were involved on our end.

Once we settled on Audio Lifestyles for our installation, the pace of his installation was impressive. He was quick to order all required components and schedule the installation date. The actual installation process was flawless. He was very professional throughout the entire installation and did his best to minimize the inconvenience to the employees in the building. Michael was always punctual; he kept in great communication throughout the whole process and ensured that we were happy with the installation.

After the installation, the area was thoroughly cleaned and returned to its original condition. Audio Lifestyles took the time to completely train several employees on the operation of the television, receiver, Blu-ray player, universal remote, etc. There was absolutely no indication of being rushed through the training. Michael has been available to answer any questions that have come up regarding the operation of our new equipment.

All in all, Audio Lifestyles, and in particular Michael Martin, exceeded any expectations we had going into this process. His professionalism and attention to detail are what has warranted this unsolicited recommendation.
